Meet Diana Jones: Business Development Specialist II at GCRTA
As part of Doing Business With Transit Agencies: A Small Business Virtual Series, we’re pleased to feature Diana Jones, Business Development Specialist II with the Greater Cleveland RTA.
With more than 30 years of professional experience, Diana actively connects businesses—including small businesses and DBEs—with contracting and certification opportunities through GCRTA and the Ohio Unified Certification Program.
Her experience in transportation, utilities, nonprofits, and banking enables her to guide businesses through complex certification and contracting processes, provide technical guidance, and foster strategic relationships that support diverse participation.
Diana has also hosted numerous community outreach events designed to educate and empower businesses regarding GCRTA’s DBE and SBE programs.
