In her role at METRO RTA, Tatia leads initiatives focused on equitable and inclusive strategies, productive partnerships, community outreach, social responsibility, accessibility, and mobility options.

Before joining METRO, Tatia spent nearly 20 years in Knoxville, Tennessee, working in city government, Title VI, communications, and community relations to develop strategies and programs that support healthy, safe, hopeful, and vibrant communities.
