This year’s theme, Master Pivots: Navigating Plans, Potential, and Personnel in a Changing Workforce, reflects our commitment to empowering both organizations and professionals with the insights needed to adapt, innovate, and lead.

Throughout the symposium, panelists and our keynote speaker will address three central topics:

Plans – Rethinking Career Pathways
How can professionals and organizations respond when expected career trajectories shift? Discussions will explore strategic reskilling, effective succession planning, career transitions, and navigating unanticipated changes.

Potential – Identifying Emerging Opportunities
As technology, AI, infrastructure investments, and evolving transportation modes reshape our sector, how can agencies and firms anticipate opportunities and position their workforce for future needs?

Personnel – Preparing for Workforce Transformation
We will examine approaches to recruitment, retention, generational transitions, organizational restructuring, and long‑term talent development in a competitive and shifting labor landscape.

Our audience will include employers seeking to strengthen workforce strategies, as well as professionals interested in developing the skills and insights needed to advance or pivot in their careers.

We believe that all lived experience moves the world.

We believe that the leadership of a massive industry that has the responsibility of transporting all people all the time should reflect the communities they serve.
