Dear COMTO Northern California,

We are proud to present Celebrate Black History Month with COMTO Northern California.

Meet with transportation industry professionals, taste amazing savory bites & drinks from Owner/Chef of alaMar Kitchen, and hear from Dr. Matthew Aijake author of Humankind Shared Planet Divided by Norms.

We are also curating a recommended booklist for Black History Month - we invite you to submit book recommendations here: https://forms.gle/Zp9H3LXe2MRJ24n5A

We look forward to celebrating with you at this hallmark event Thursday, February 16th, 2023 at 5:30pm at the alaMar Kitchen in Oakland.

With your support, we continue to build a diverse COMTO NorCal community.

We believe that diversity moves the nation.

We believe that the leadership of a massive industry that has the responsibility of transporting all people all the time should reflect the complex mosaic of those they serve. We believe that commitment to inclusion across race, gender, age, religion, identity and experience moves us forward every day.
