We're looking for a results-driven leader who thrives in complex, cross-agency environments. As the Project Delivery & Acceleration Director, you'll oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-priority capital projects that are central to Nashville's transportation future. This is a newly created, high-impact position that will work closely with Metro departments, external partners, and community stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with a focus on equity and community outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading multi-departmental project teams through planning, design, and construction phases.

  • Identifying bottlenecks and accelerating delivery timelines.

We are seeking a skilled financial professional to support the fiscal strategy behind one of Metro’s most ambitious programs. The Finance Manager will be responsible for coordinating budgeting, financial reporting, and funding strategies for the Choose How You Move program — including oversight of federal, state, and local funding sources. This role will play a vital part in ensuring our capital investments are managed responsibly and transparently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing budgets for multi-year capital programs.

  • Working closely with the Office of Management and Budget and partner departments.

  • Tracking expenditures, funding sources, and grant compliance.

  • Supporting the development of long-term funding strategies.
