The Washington DC Chapter of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) is pleased and excited to hold our first annual Scholarship Reception and Industry Awards! At this event, the student awardees of COMTO DC 2026 Scholarships will be present to recieve recognition of their accomplishments. Additionally, COMTO DC chapter leaders will announce the recipients of the following Industry Awards recognizing several organizations' exemplary contributions to the transportation profession in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area!
