Since the creation of CVTA in 2020, Chet has led the organization in advancing more than $1 billion in priority transportation investments across the region, helping shape projects that improve mobility, economic growth, and regional connectivity throughout Central Virginia. Under his leadership, CVTA has played a critical role in funding major roadway, trail, and transit initiatives that continue to position the region for long-term success.

During this session, Chet will share insights on regional transportation planning, collaborative leadership, infrastructure investment, and the evolving role transportation plays in supporting thriving and connected communities.
