Register today!  JOIN COMTO St. Louis ... for the first in our series of capacity-building DBE Forums "Stumbling Blocks to Stepping Stones". 

The Forum begins with a continental breakfast registration at 7:30a, followed at 8a. by a transparent and interactive General Session examination of the challenges DBEs face.  During this session, led by a panel of transportation and construction experts, attendees will also learn of upcoming construction projects, and the requirements to compete. Break-out sessions will define key capacity-building support needed and resources available.  A "Next Steps" closing session will prioritize action items and frame our COMTO St. Louis commitment to minority inclusion and capacity building in the transportation industry. The morning will be capped off with a "Meet A Mentor" networking lunch.  (See full agenda in registration link.)
