Congratulations to Terence Banks on receiving the Community Leader of the Year Award. 

As a community leader and public advocate for change, Mr. Banks lends his talents and membership to several organizations in support of their missions such as the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) serving as the Legislative Chair, One Hundred Black Men, Inc. serving on both the membership and gala committees, Eastern Queens Community Board 13 serving as co-chair of the Youth and Education Committee and most recently formed the Pearl Group which is a collective of diverse professionals whose goal is to enhance the social, educational, and economic status in underserved communities.
