COMTO Maryland is thrilled to introduce and congratulate our newly elected Executive Board (Oluseyi Olugbenle, Roan Bennett, Kenya Lucas, JoAnn Burnett, Emeraude Montelus, EIT, Semia Hackett, and Alexis Gentry), as well as new and returning members of our Board of Directors and Advisory Board. Our leadership team, composed of esteemed representatives from Maryland state and county transportation agencies, consultant and transportation advocacy firms, as well as the small business community brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and passion to our organization.
